    There will be a minute of silence at the club on Sunday 18th at 8pm.

    On bank holiday Monday the Club will be open at 10am and TV screens will show the funeral.

    JUNIOR BOWLS

    Whitnash Bowls Section is pleased to announce that a

    Junior Bowls Introductory (FREE) Session will be held at

    Whitnash Sports and Social Club on

    Wednesday 15 June 4.00pm – 4.45pm

    All children and young people (Juniors) between the ages of 7 and 18 years of age who are interested in learning and playing lawn bowls are warmly invited to attend. Bowls and all other necessary equipment will be provided.

    This session will be run by Club Bowlers :

             Bob Thompson and Martin Dean

    A New Age fun bowls set will be available for younger siblings 5-7 years old, to use under parent/guardian supervision.

    Dress for on the Green – Casual or School Uniform. Flat soled or minimal depth tread shoes, trainers or plimsolls.

    All children under the age of 16 MUST have a parent or guardian present throughout the session.

    Whitnash Town Juniors are relaunching our youth section, offering a fun, positive and progressive environment for young football players of all abilities and backgrounds.

    Teams led by fully FA qualified and DBS checked coaches

    Coaches development encouraged and supported

    Centralised Finance, allowing players to receive full training kit, training facilities and other perks all for 1 monthly fee (no extras)*

    Safe environment adhering to all FA safeguarding regulations with qualified Welfare Officers

    Three of our Petanque members have just qualified in Nottingham for the Home Nations 2022 to represent England in Troon, Scotland against Wales, Scotland and Jersey later in the year.
